I dreamt of you last night. Woke up in the middle if the night thinking fondly of you. Can’t believe I drove past your house the other weekend and slowed down in case I saw you. I wish I had knocked. You where a special surrogate Aunty. I spent so much of my childhood with you. You are the reason I have a pond in my garden. Every time I’m elbow deep in smelly water pulling out the blanket week I remember happily helping you. You are also the reason for my small zoo. 4 dogs 2 cats a tortoise. Being an only child I loved the hustle and bustle in your house. You where a real life Ma Larkin from darling buds of May. Here I am 4 children later juggling life - you made it look easy!!
